Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How often do you cook for your clients?
A: That depends on the number of people I'm cooking for as well as their individual preferences. Many clients like eating out on weekends
and occasionally during the week, so I may cook for them bi-weekly or monthly. Others prefer to eat at home daily, in which case I can
cook for them every week.

Q: How long will the food last me?
A: Again, this is a matter of personal preferences. For a family of four, a standard 5x4 meal package (5 entrees, 4 servings) is enough for
5 dinners. If the family eats in every weeknight, this food will last for 5 days. However, for those clients who like to cook for themselves or
eat out occasionally, the food can be frozen for longer storage and will last longer.

Q: I noticed that the cost per meal is more expensive when I order less servings. Why is that?
A: It is more cost effective to order four servings as opposed to two, for example, because it will take me just about as long to plan the
menu, do the grocery shopping, cook the food, and clean-up.

Q: What is the best way to re-heat your food?
A: Depending on the dish, sometimes I recommend re-heating in the oven, other times in the microwave. We will discuss your needs
during the client assessment and I will package and label the food for re-heating based on your preference.

Q: When do you cook for your clients? Can I be there while you're cooking? Can I watch you while you work?
A: I cook during the day at the client's home when many clients are at work. If you do happen to be home that day, this is not a problem.
However, while I'm happy to answer questions for a few minutes at the beginning or end of the cook date, I often have many dishes going
at once and it would be too easy to become distracted should I try to carry on a conversation while I'm cooking. Therefore, to ensure I
deliver the highest quality product available, I ask that you allow me to do my job with minimal distraction.
